Job summary

365 Care is seeking Personal Care Workers to support NDIS clients in SIL homes around Campbelltown, Minto and surrounds. You will provide personal care, light domestic assistance, shopping support and companionship to help clients live independently in their local community.

Shifts are available Mon to Fri between 9am-8pm. Travel up to 30 minutes from Campbelltown may be required. Training and support are provided, with opportunities for growth and a referral bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability throughout the week.
• Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Nursing is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• NDIS Worker Orientation module completion is preferred.
• Experience providing disability care services is needed.
• PEG feeding training can be provided.
• WWCC (Working With Children Check) is required.
• CPR and First Aid certificates are expected.
• A NSW Driver Licence with reliable transport and comprehensive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support to clients.
• Assist with light cleaning and laundry in the home.
• Support with shopping and meal preparation.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.

About The Role

Due to growth, we are currently looking for Personal Care Workers to provide support to our NDIS clients living in SIL homes around Campbelltown, Mintoand surrounds. You will provide a range of supports to ensure that they can continue to live a life they choose in their local community, including:

• Providing personal care
• Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
• Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
• Transporting clients to appointments and general community access
• Providing companionship and emotional support

Shifts available Mon to Fri between 9am-8pm

*You must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes from the Campbelltown area.

About You

To be successful in the role, you'll need:

• Flexible availability throughout the week
