Job summary

365 Care is seeking Personal Care Workers to support NDIS clients in SIL homes around Campbelltown, Minto and surrounds. You will provide a range of supports to help clients continue living in their local community, including personal care, light cleaning, shopping and transport.

Shifts are Mon to Fri 9am–8pm, with travel up to 30 minutes from Campbelltown. Training is provided, and opportunities to grow within the role are available.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Nursing is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• NDIS Worker Orientation module must be completed.
• WWCC required.
• NSW Driver Licence and own transport with comprehensive insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support to clients.
• Assist with light cleaning and laundry.
• Help with shopping, meal preparation and transport to appointments.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

About The Role

Due to growth, we are currently looking for Personal Care Workers to provide support to our NDIS clients living in SIL homes around Campbelltown, Mintoand surrounds. You will provide a range of supports to ensure that they can continue to live a life they choose in their local community, including:

• Providing personal care
• Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
• Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
• Transporting clients to appointments and general community access
• Providing companionship and emotional support

Shifts available Mon to Fri between 9am-8pm

*You must be willing to travel up to 30 minutes from the Campbelltown area.

About You

To be successful in the role, you'll need:

• Flexible availability throughout the week
• Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Nursing
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation module
• Experience providing disability care services
• PEG feeding(training can be provided)
• WWCC required
• CPR and First Aid Certificates
• A NSW Driver Licence and your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance
