Job summary

St Vincent’s Care Corinda is seeking a Living Support Partner (Personal Care Assistant) to join a dedicated team delivering compassionate, person-centred care. You will support residents with daily living activities, uphold rights and care plans, and maintain accurate records, contributing to a respectful and engaging home environment.

The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent, 12 months+ residential aged care experience (dementia experience valued), and

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar essential.
• 1 year+ experience in residential aged care; dementia experience highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with AutumnCare or similar software; ability to maintain records.
• Understanding of aged care, resident rights/responsibilities; ability to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate resident records.
• Contribute to a welcoming, safe and respectful living environment for residents.
