Job summary

St Vincent's Care Corinda is seeking Living Support Partners to provide direct care and assist residents with daily living activities. You will work as part of a household team in a supportive environment, following care plans and promoting safety, dignity, and engagement.

Ideal candidates bring Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, dementia experience, and strong communication skills. NCCHC/NDIS checks may apply, with competitive salary packaging and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent is essential.
• 12+ months of experience in a similar residential aged care role, dementia experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using AutumnCare or similar software for record-keeping.
• Understanding of aged care resident rights and ability to follow care plans.
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) may be required; NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support residents to maintain daily routines, safety, and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with care team to deliver person-centred care.
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans according to policy.
