Job summary

Queensland Country Bank is seeking a Personal Banking Consultant to join our Mackay Region branch network, delivering personalised service to Members and guiding them to successful outcomes. The role requires strong sales and cash handling experience, exceptional communication, and a collaborative mindset within our team.

You will work across the Canelands and Mount Pleasant branches, fulfilling a full-time 38-hour week and contributing to a culture focused on balance, growth, and member

Qualifications

Demonstrated sales experience.
Cash handling experience.
Exceptional communication & customer service skills.
Proven ability to adapt to change.
High attention to detail.
Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a team member.
Experience in the Finance Industry (desirable).

Responsibilities

Deliver personalised service to Members and guide them to successful outcomes.
Identify individual needs, problem solve and promote products/services.
