Queensland Country Bank is seeking a Personal Banking Consultant to join our Mackay Region branch network. This full-time role focuses on delivering personalised service, identifying customer needs and promoting our products to help Members achieve their financial goals.

You will work across our Canelands and Mount Pleasant branches with a collaborative team, strong culture and commitment to work-life balance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Cash handling experience with accuracy and integrity.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
• High attention to detail in everyday banking tasks.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and work collaboratively with teammates.
• Experience in the finance industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised service to Members and identify individual needs.
• Guide Members to successful outcomes by problem solving and promoting products/services.
• Promote the Bank’s products and services to support financial goals.
• Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless service across Canelands and Mount Pleasant branches.
