We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide a high level of professional administrative support to Director(s) and/or General Manager(s) within the Health Insurance business and their respective teams ensuring an efficient, organised working environment.
This is much more than a traditional Personal Assistant role. We're seeking someone who can be a culture champion, bringing a positive attitude, infectious energy and a genuine passion for creating great team experiences. You'll help bring people together through events, communications and engagement activities, keeping the team connected, motivated and informed. Experience creating digital content and using video editing tools will help you succeed in this space. We're also looking for someone who embraces innovation, is naturally curious about AI and enjoys finding new ways to work smarter, creating more capacity for meaningful, value-adding work. Your ability to combine organisation, creativity and a people-first mindset will make a real difference to the team.
