Job summary

NBN Co ltd. is seeking a Personal Assistant reporting to the Executive General Manager for a 14-Month Fixed Term contract based in Sydney.

You will support senior leaders with calendar management, communications, and meeting coordination, helping to deliver strategic priorities while fostering a smooth, connected team environment. Ideal candidates will be experienced in complex environments, highly organized, digitally savvy, and able to manage competing priorities with discretion and warmth.

In this role, you will play a vital part in enabling the success of senior leaders by providing thoughtful coordination and administrative support. Your work will help drive team performance and contribute to the delivery of strategic priorities across the business unit. You will be at the heart of a dynamic and purpose-driven team, where your ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and foster smooth operations will be highly valued. From supporting meetings and managing communications, your role will be instrumental in helping the team stay focused, connected, and aligned. This is a role where your initiative and attention to detail will make a meaningful difference every day.

You are a confident and capable professional with proven experience supporting senior leaders in complex environments. You bring a calm and considered approach to managing multiple stakeholders, and you’re known for your ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and collaborate with care. You’re digitally savvy, with strong proficiency across Microsoft Office, and enjoy finding ways to improve processes and make things run more smoothly. Your organisational skills are second to none, and you thrive in environments where adaptability and forward-thinking are key.
