Job summary
The United Protestant Association of NSW Limited (UPA) invites applications for the Personal Carer - Casual Pool at Richmond Lodge. You will support residents with person-centred care and daily living activities, helping them stay engaged and connected to activities they love.
We offer training, a supportive team, and flexible shifts. A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards) is preferred, with a compassionate, team-oriented approach to care delivery.
Qualifications
- Must have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or be working towards)
- Ability to provide a wide range of person-centred care duties
- Desire to empower residents to continue activities they love
- Compassion-driven care skills
- Experience in aged care desirable
- Team player who is highly motivated
- Availability to work various shifts across days
Responsibilities
- Provision of a wide range of person-centred care duties
- Assistance with medication (if assessed as medication competent) and wound dressing
- Assistance in daily living activities
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love
