Job summary
The United Protestant Association of NSW Limited (UPA) invites applications for a Personal Care Worker at Holbrook Village Hostel in the Riverina Murray Region. You will support residents with a broad range of person-centred care, activities of daily living, and wellbeing initiatives under supervision and with a warm, compassionate approach.

Qualifications
- Certificate III in Aged Care or working towards it
- Ability to provide a wide range of person-centred care duties
- Desire to empower residents to continue doing what they love
- Care skills driven by compassion
- Experience in Aged Care desirable
- Current First Aid Certificate desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player who is highly motivated
- Availability to work various shifts across days
Responsibilities
- Provision of a wide range of Person‑Centred Care duties
- Assistance with medication (if assessed as medication competent) and wound dressing
- Assistance in daily living activities
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love
