• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Reliable, professional with good teamwork.
• Flexible with shifts and adaptab le to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Person-centered planning with client, family, and advocates.
• Complex physical care: mobility, transfers, positioning, daily tasks, devices.
• Medical supports: monitor changes, follow plans, liaise with care team.
• Social time and participation aligned with client interests.
• Autonomy and advocacy: support decision-making and consent.
