Zusammenfassung

MedScope Installation is seeking an independent contractor for at-home installation of personal emergency response equipment. You will schedule visits with clients, perform delivery, setup and testing, and educate users.

Travel to member homes is required, with flexible booking and tight SLA adherence. Candidates should own a vehicle, hold a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable with background checks.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a vehicle and provide valid driver’s license, registration and auto insurance documentation.
• Willing to complete background checks and training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working email address, smartphone with voicemail and basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently.
• Commitment to meeting/exceeding service level requirements.
• Field technician, cab le/alarm installation experience a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
• Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients’ homes.
• Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls and client interactions using company software.
• Collaborate with member support and installer coordinators to provide seamless support to members.
• Obtain signatures via Docusign on paperwork during installation appointments.
• Adhere to safety protocols, regulatory requirements and company policies during installations.
