Job summary

Journey Early Learning Wollert is seeking a passionate Permanent Educator to support planning, implementing, and evaluating play-based programs for children in a 94-place centre. This part-time role spans five days, Monday to Friday, offering opportunities to develop relationships with children, families and the community.

You will foster meaningful learning experiences, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver developmentally appropriate activities

Qualifications

• ACECQA recognised Cert3 or Diploma or higher.
• Experience leading and developing age specific programs and routines.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children.
• Assisting in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferences.
• Design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program.
• Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment.
