Job summary

Silverchain is seeking a Care Worker to support aged care clients in Port Stephens and surrounding suburbs, with a permanent roster and no weekend or public holiday work.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 months in a similar role, hold Cert 3 in Individual Support (Aged Care or Ageing & Disability), a valid Australian driver's licence and access to a insured vehicle. Duties include personal care, housekeeping and medication support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience in a similar professional role.
• Cert 3 in Individual Support or Ageing & Disability.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and insured, roadworthy vehicle.
