Mayo's is a Brisbane-based residential construction company seeking a permanent full-time Machine Operator / Truck Driver (MR). The role covers earthworks, site preparation, and plant transport across Brisbane projects.

You will operate excavators and loaders, drive tipper/flat bed trucks, and assist with on-site logistics. Key requirements include MR licence, White Card, and familiarity with laser guidance; the job offers stability, Monday–Friday hours, and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating excavators and loaders on construction sites.
• Some experience with laser levels and guidance.
• Basic understanding of daily machine servicing.
• Current White Card.
• Manual MR driver's licence (required).
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused with a good attitude on site.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Looking for a long‑term role with a stable employer.
• RII qualifications or course experience (bonus).

• Dig footings, piers, trenching, demolition, backfill and compaction.
• Drive tipper and flat bed trucks.
• Deliver and collect machines and materials to/from sites.
• Use laser guidance for levels and set-out.
• Daily servicing of plant, including greasing and fluid checks.
