Camp Australia is seeking a Permanent Educator to join our Norville team. You will create a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children, delivering activities and healthy snacks during before school, after school, and holidays.

The role emphasizes building strong connections with children, families, and the school community while supporting a permanent contract and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to study or complete a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check Blue Card or willingness to obtain, plus safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Design a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children.
• Lead exciting daily activities and supervise before/after school care.
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks to keep children energized.
