Job summary

Camp Australia Pty Ltd in Norville, QLD is seeking a Permanent Educator to join our team, delivering a safe, engaging program before school, after school, and during holidays for primary‑aged children.

You will design activities, supervise snacks, foster relationships with children and families, uphold child safety standards, and pursue ongoing professional development through supported study pathways and subsidies.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare.
• Diploma or willing to study a childcare‑related qualification.
• Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National Child Safety Training.
• Valid First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability 6:30 am–9:00 am and 2:30 pm–6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design a safe, engaging and compliant program.
• Lead exciting daily activities for primary‑aged children.
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks.
• Support before/after school and holiday programs.
