Job summary

Adventist HealthCare Limited (Aus) seeks a Registered Nurse – Anaesthetics to collaborate with the team in planning and delivering perioperative care. You will assist the anaesthetist during preoperative and intraoperative phases, ensuring patient safety and equipment readiness.

You will join a permanent, Monday–Friday role with on-call opportunities, reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager. NSW RN registration and Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in anaesthetics setting.
• At least 3 years as a Registered Nurse, providing high-quality clinical care in a hospital.
• Current NSW Nurses Registration and valid Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement perioperative nursing care and support to patient and anaesthetist during preoperative and intraoperative phases.
• Prepare environment and equipment for safe provision of anaesthetics.
• Work with an experienced team and report to the Nurse Unit Manager – Anaesthetics/PACU.
• Be available for on-call roster as part of permanent position.
