St John of God Subiaco Hospital in WA seeks an experienced administrator to optimise patient activity through admissions and scheduling. You will build strong relationships with visiting medical officers, Practice Managers, staff, patients and caregivers to drive efficiency and revenue.
The role requires at least two years in health care with admissions/scheduling, strong time management, and proficiency in patient booking systems and Microsoft Office.

This is a pivotal role in generating revenue via additional patient activity and efficiency, via list optimisation, for the Hospital. The post-holder will build strong relationships and work effectively with a range of important stakeholders including visiting medical officers (VMO’s), their Practice Managers & staff, patients and caregivers.
You will possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience preferably in a health care setting with Admissions, scheduling and/or bookings. You will also have a demonstrated ability to build collaborative and sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed you will have well-developed time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a workload to meet operational deadlines. A good working knowledge and experience in the use of computerized patient booking systems and all Microsoft applications is essential.
