SA Health in the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network invites applications for a Clinical Nurse/Midwife Facilitator to strengthen graduate nurses, midwives and nursing students across the Yorke Peninsula, Lower North and Mid North Hubs.

You will provide practical, at-elbow clinical support, mentor site preceptors and help foster a positive learning culture, with travel across YNLHN to Port Pirie, Wallaroo and Clare Hospitals.

Formación

• Registered Nurse or Midwife with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia registration or eligibility.
• Current practising certificate.
• Leadership experience in guiding student nurses or junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical, at-elbow clinical support to learners and staff.
• Mentor site preceptors and foster a positive learning culture across hubs.
• Travel across YNLHN to support perioperative settings and other sites.
