Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network – Port Augusta is seeking a Clinical Facilitator – Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead nursing education and provide clinical leadership across multidisciplinary teams. The role supports staff development, facilitates learning, and drives high-quality patient care in regional settings.

You will require registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with practis ing certificate, plus post‑registration experience and skills in

Qualifications

• Registered or eligible for Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, with a practising certificate.
• At least 3 years post-registration experience and demonstrated competence in the relevant area.
• Experience providing clinical guidance and direction to students, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses.
• Effective communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a supportive approach to staff development.
• Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Appointment subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and Immunisation compliance as indicated on the Role description.
