As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll set and execute paid media strategies to improve ROAS and grow paid revenue across search, social, display and partnerships. You’ll work with designers and agencies to bring campaigns to life in a dynamic, agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience managing large social, display or native ad campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad platforms.
• Some experience managing SEM campaigns in Google Ads.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI and LLM tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creative output.
• Data-driven approach, with a test and learn mindset.
• Ability to analyse marketing campaign data in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, etc.
• You're adaptable and enjoy working in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop paid media strategies to ensure we hit performance targets.
• Performance marketing campaign optimisation and management across channels including paid search, paid social, display and native.
• Evaluating and testing new channel opportunities.
• Working with our designers on creative concepts and proactively briefing new ideas.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth initiatives beyond the scope of paid media.
