Kogan.com is seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator to build, monitor, and report on paid campaigns across our brands, with a focus on paid social and Google Ads support. This role collaborates with the Performance Marketing team to translate strategy into action, emphasizing accuracy, pace, and clear communication.

You'll launch and optimise campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and contribute to CPC activities across Google Ads.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in a performance marketing or paid digital role.
• Familiarity with Google Ads or other paid channels is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets and reporting tools such as Looker and Google Analytics.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Support CPC campaigns across Google Ads search and shopping.
• Implement campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies as directed.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise; escalate issues when needed.
• Produce accurate performance reports using Looker, GA, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Support analysts with data requests and A/B test reporting.
• Ensure ad creative is properly formatted and up to date.
