Job summary

Kogan.com is seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator to build, monitor, and report on paid campaigns across our brands, with a primary focus on paid social and support across Google Ads.

You’ll work closely with the Performance Marketing team to ensure accurate results, timely optimisations, and clear communication with stakeholders while contributing to channel strategy and business impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience in a performance marketing or paid digital role.
• Familiarity with Google Ads or other paid channels is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets and Looker/Google Analytics.
• Excellent attention to detail and clear written/verbal communication.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• Support CPC campaigns across Google Ads search and shopping.
• Implement campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies as directed.
• Monitor campaign performance and health daily, with day-to-day optimisations.
• Produce performance reports using Looker, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Support analysis, data requests, and A/B test reporting.
• Ensure ad creative is correctly formatted and up to date, collaborating with teams.
