Qantas Ground Services (QGS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Qantas Airways and we’re responsible for providing ground handling and freight services to the Qantas Group.
As thePerformance Manageryou will be responsible in leading and inspiring a team of Ground Staff in achieving the QGS operational and business objectives. This role is pivotal in driving team performance, engagement, and development, while overseeing day-of-operations escalations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of employee performance, including attendance, fitness for work, and disciplinary matters, fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce. With a strong focus on communication and capability development, you’ll support individuals and teams to meet performance criteria and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
