Qualifications

• Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree in education, organisational psychology, human resources or a related area in conjunction with subsequent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated skills in the design, delivery and facilitation of contemporary organisational, capability development, or other HR-related programs.
• Strong digital literacy skills with the ability to rapidly acquire working knowledge of emerging technologies.
• Proven written and interpersonal skills for communicating effectively and influencing a wide range of stakeholders, including senior and executive leaders.
• Demonstrated high level attention to detail and organisational skills cognisant of strategic priorities, policies and other relevant contextual factors.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, deliver and evaluate workshops, programs and bespoke interventions which build performance, empower leaders and cultivate engagement.
• Support the Senior Consultants and Manager in career planning, development, and performance expectations.
• Contribute to building an inclusive and high-performing workplace and collaborate with stakeholders across the university.
