Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Performance Management Specialist to join the Performance Improvement Team and drive innovative claims management strategies. You will align processes, translate business plans into action, and analyse performance data to identify remuneration improvements and efficiency gains.

The role involves supporting senior management, mentoring staff, and contributing to new initiatives while maintaining a collaborative, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Understanding the Workers Compensation Legislation, regulations and guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of agent remuneration drivers.
  • Highly experienced in GWCC, CRM Salesforce, QLIK reporting and other scheme systems including Kofax, Payments Plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in realising organisation goals by aligning processes and driving efficient results.
  • Assist in translating business plans into action plans; monitor and review plans through to completion.
  • Identify, analyse, and improve business processes to meet goals and improve profit and performance.
  • Re-engineer processes to reduce cost and cycle time and improve quality of production and service.
  • Analyse scheme and DXC performance data to identify remuneration objectives and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to development of new initiatives, strategies, and processes to achieve gains in business performance.
  • Support Senior Management with planning and strategic orientation.
  • Provide guidance to staff on components of their work and provide training and mentoring.
