Job summary

Lander & Rogers is seeking a proactive People Systems & Analytics Specialist to optimise and improve our people systems, data and reporting.

You will work with stakeholders across People, Technology and the wider business to streamline processes, improve reporting capabilities and deliver insights that support decision making. A degree in HR, business, or IS, and experience with HRIS or enterprise systems are required.

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and systems-focused People Systems & Analytics Specialist to support the management, optimisation and continuous improvement of our people systems, workforce data and reporting capability. Reporting to the Head of Systems & Optimisation, this role will play a key part in maintaining data integrity, enhancing system functionality and delivering reporting and insights that support operational and strategic decision making across the firm. Working closely with stakeholders across People, Technology and the wider business, you will help streamline processes, improve reporting capability and support future people technology initiatives. You will also contribute to process improvements and automation, identifying opportunities to simplify ways of working and introduce practical solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance and the employee experience.

About You

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
• Proven experience administering People, HRIS, workforce management or enterprise business systems
• Experience supporting systems implementation, process improvement or technology enhancement initiatives will be highly regarded
• Strong ability to analyse and interpret workforce data to support business decisions and identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Advanced Excel capability, including data manipulation, pivot tables, formulas and analysis reporting
• Confidence developing dashboards, reporting standards and meaningful workforce insights
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A service-oriented, detail-focused approach with a strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality and compliance
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into practical system and reporting solutions
• Good analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• An empathetic and collaborative style, with a focus on continuous improvement, learning and positive employee experience
• An interest in People technology trends and how digital tools can enhance People operations and the employee experience
