Job summary

KBR in Melbourne seeks a Senior Specialist, People Process & Governance to lead design, governance and continuous improvement of People processes across the employee lifecycle. You will work with People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, Risk and Technology to drive compliance, efficiency and a superior employee experience.

The role requires 5+ years in HR Operations, governance or related fields, strong HRIS experience (Workday, SuccessFactors or similar) and proven ability to drive change in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or related field.
• Experience managing complex employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong HR governance, compliance and internal controls.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or BambooHR.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Analytical, organized and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and compliance of People processes across the lifecycle.
• Monitor process performance, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Manage audits and maintain governance documentation.
• Redesign and optimise end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Develop process maps, SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with HRIS and People Technology to enhance workflows.
