Job summary

KBR is seeking a Director, People to lead the strategic and operational people agenda across our Australian business. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will partner with executives to drive performance, capability and a strong culture during a pivotal transformation.

This permanent, full-time role can be based in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide. A Baseline security clearance or higher is required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Senior People leadership experience in a complex, dispersed organisation.
• Ability to influence executive and senior leaders to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People strategy and delivery across the business, aligning culture and employee experience with objectives.
• Partner with executive leaders to translate priorities into workforce strategies.
• Oversee workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and succession planning.
