ELMO Software Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a People Operations Lead to own the day-to-day HR/People & Culture delivery, partner with leaders and transform service models. You will oversee HRIS, data quality, remuneration, movements, documentation and internal secondments, while driving automation, AI-enabled workflows, and self-service to improve employee and manager experiences.

Based in Sydney, report to Head of P&C Business Partnering & People Operations, collaborating with Technology,

Competenze

• Experience leading HR operations, People Operations, or shared services across locations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end people processes and lifecycle.
• Experience implementing service standards, operating rhythms, and quality assurance.

Mansioni

• Oversee HR operations service delivery and support channels.
• Design and govern end-to-end P&C processes and data quality.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled workflows, and self-service initiatives.
