Job summary
ELMO Software Pty Ltd is seeking a People Operations Lead to own the day-to-day delivery of the People & Culture function in Sydney. You will establish a service-oriented operating model, improve data quality, and oversee HRIS, workflows and cross‑functional partnerships to support growth.
You will drive automation and AI-enabled initiatives, partner with Technology and Product teams, and lead a distributed operations team across time zones to deliver high-quality HR support and data
Qualifications
- Experience leading HR Operations or People Operations.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end people processes across the lifecycle.
- Experience coaching/coordinating an operations team across locations/time zones.
- Experience establishing service standards, operating rhythms, controls and QA practices.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operational delivery of ELMO’s People & Culture function.
- Lead HR Operations service delivery across workflows, standards, hand-offs and escalations.
- Oversee service channels and tools (BLOOM, Ask Poppy, Jira) and use data to identify recurring issues.
- Design, document and govern end-to-end P&C processes and data integrity.
- Deliver automation, AI-enabled workflows and self-service initiatives.
- Partner with Technology, Product and regional HR teams to scale improvements.
