Job summary

Randstad in Geelong seeks a People Operations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for employee and people leader queries. You will work as part of the People Experience team to manage central communication channels, optimise HR processes, and deliver a seamless employee experience.

Working across the broader People & Culture function, you will provide administrative support spanning generalist HR, Workplace Relations, Remuneration & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring governance

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-to-end HR administrative or coordination support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook) with a track record of maintaining data accuracy.
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise agreements, public sector obligations, and HR policies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset and ability to build relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

• First Point of Contact: Manage centralized HR inbox and telephone channels, providing timely, accurate, and responsive guidance on internal policies, procedures, and Enterprise Agreement entitlements.
• HR Administration: Prepare employment contracts, contract variations, and maintain accurate employee records in strict compliance with governance standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Systems & Analytics, and Workplace Relations teams to deliver operational tasks and continuous improvement projects.
• Compliance & Reporting: Assist with HR record-keeping, audit compliance, and foundational reporting activities.
• Leadership Support: Provide administrative assistance to the People Experience Leadership Team as needed.
