You will develop staff engagement plans, build relationships, and advise on HR policies while using feedback to improve reports and workplace practices.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in human resources or helping staff feel heard and supported at work.
• Experience providing business support in government or a large private organisation.
• Skills in Microsoft Windows and Office to complete tasks and present information clearly.
• Flexibility, sound judgement and people skills to solve problems and support colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
