Job summary

rebel Midland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a 40+ strong team in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll support the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and create a positive, engaging workplace.

This role offers a set Tuesday to Saturday roster, a competitive salary with super, weekly pay, and potential bonus opportunities, plus staff discounts across rebel, BCF, Supercheap Auto and Macpac.

Qualifications

• Management/leadership experience required.
• Strong customer service leadership and team motivation skills.
• Experience in training, coaching and developing staff.
• Experience with visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
