Job summary

CIMIC Group is seeking a P&C Manager to join its People & Culture team, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all people, culture and workforce matters. The role translates business strategy into people strategy – advising executives on workforce planning, talent, organisational design, leadership effectiveness, culture, employment relations and change.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with project leaders and senior/operational leaders to co-develop people solutions that drive business performance.
• Translate client group strategy into actionable people plans that are commercially grounded and deliverable.
• Provide clear, pragmatic advice on workforce, culture and leadership challenges to enable confident decision-making.
• Contribute to workforce planning activities including demand forecasting, resource mobilisation and capacity planning.
• Leverage workforce data (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, engagement) to surface insights and inform business decisions.
• Provide confident advice on employee relations, including performance management and workplace investigations.
