Job summary

JewishCare NSW is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for frontline, support, and coordinator roles. You’ll also support documentation, records, and compliance across the team, helping scale recruitment processes.

The role combines hands-on recruitment with admin, with scope to build robust talent pipelines and improve processes in a not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment from ad to onboarding.
• Ability to support a fast-paced People & Culture team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and references.
• Oversee onboarding administration, contracts, pre-employment docs, and induction scheduling.
• Ensure compliance checks and maintain audit-ready records.
• Develop high-volume recruitment processes for frontline roles.
• Provide daily admin support to the People & Culture team.
