Zusammenfassung

Sugar Australia is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support Racecourse Refinery in Mackay, with regular travel to other sites. You will lead ER/IR activities, enterprise bargaining, recruitment, leadership coaching and workforce planning across Northern Loop operations.

Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, you will shape people initiatives, develop leaders, and sustain a high-performance culture in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years' experience in People & Culture Generalist or Business Partnering roles.
• Experience with enterprise bargaining, including negotiations and implementation of enterprise agreements.
• Strong understanding of current employment legislation and experience managing employment law matters.
• Experience working in manufacturing, industrial and/or unionised environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, influence and build strong working relationships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leaders to deliver people plans and support operational priorities across Northern Loop sites.
• Provide coaching and advice on employee and industrial relations, performance management, workplace investigations and other people matters.
• Partner with site leaders to manage enterprise bargaining activities, including negotiations and implementation of enterprise agreements.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for our Northern Loop sites and support workforce planning, organisational design and onboarding initiatives.
• Drive culture, engagement and change initiatives, while building leadership capability through coaching and development.
• Support talent and succession planning, learning and wellbeing initiatives.
• Contribute to key People & Culture projects and drive continuous improvement across P&C practices and processes.
