Job summary

ForHealth Group in Melbourne is seeking a seasoned People & Culture Business Partner to support Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. The role is full-time, based at our South Yarra office, focused on cultivating a positive, inclusive culture that supports patient care.

You’ll advise leaders on employee relations, performance, retention and development, and lead cross‑state people projects. Interstate travel may be required as part of delivering coordinated HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people-focused projects and delivering practical actions.
• Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES and applicable industrial instruments.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee-relations matters, investigations, performance and grievances.
• Healthcare or regulated sector experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance, development and engagement.
• Partner with P&C and operations to translate strategy into people priorities.
• Lead cross-state people projects and improve employee experience.
• Coach leaders to strengthen leadership capability and manage change.
• Use data to support workforce planning and retention strategies.
