Western Sydney University seeks an experienced People and Culture Partner to build trusted relationships and deliver workforce improvements across faculties and institutes. This 12-month fixed-term role supports the Provost portfolio and works with the Lead Partner and three faculty Partners to provide practical HR advice, scoping projects and implementing changes.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
• Substantial HR partnering experience in a complex organisation.
• Experience interpreting enterprise agreements and policies.
• Experience contributing to workforce design or operating model improvements.
• Ability to analyse workforce information and turn findings into clear recommendations and action.

Responsabilidades

• Provide capacity across the team supporting the Provost portfolio and faculties.
• Support leaders of academic and professional staff with HR guidance.
• Develop options, consult stakeholders, and implement approved changes.
• Contribute HR expertise to workforce design, operating models and workload management.
• Collaborate with Partners to deliver coordinated, practical HR support.
