Job summary

St Aidan's Anglican Girls' School in Brisbane seeks a organised People & Culture Advisor to support the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to records, systems, compliance and reporting. The role is 3 days/week (22.8 hours) during school terms + 4 weeks holidays, based at the Corinda campus.

You will work closely with the Director of People & Culture and Senior Advisor, handling confidential HR duties, payroll-related tasks and general admin with a collaborative, service-oriented

Qualifications

• Qualification or current studies in HR or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in HR, payroll or education preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment administration including advertising, interview scheduling and reference checks.
• Support onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HR information in systems.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of People & Culture and aid with reporting.
