Job summary

John Holland Pty Ltd in Albion VIC is seeking a People Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to reporting and payroll administration. This maximum-term role covers parental leave, with a focus on training, development, and adherence to HR processes.

You will collaborate with leaders and employees across the NWPA, coordinating programs and ensuring data accuracy for workforce analytics, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training programs and onboarding support.
• Proven ability to manage graduate and undergraduate programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and data reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs, compliance, and development initiatives.
• Manage Undergraduate and Graduate Programs including recruitment and rotations.
• Facilitate inductions and workforce planning activities.
• Coordinate reward programs and support People team projects.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and records maintenance.
• Prepare people reporting and workforce analytics with data integrity.
