Job summary

Dovida Australia in New South Wales is seeking a People Coordinator to deliver a consistent and engaging employee experience across the lifecycle. Based in Kempsey or Port Macquarie, you will support HR operations and partner with leaders to drive people initiatives in a growing, values-driven organisation.

You will combine formal HR qualifications with a strong customer service mindset, handle onboarding, offboarding, and data integrity, and contribute to a positive workplace culture that

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills.
• Always provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders.
• Strong and accurate computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations - onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HRIS data, and compliance.
• Partner with leaders to provide practical advice on employee relations, performance and development.
• Manage workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve our people systems, processes, and employee experience.

Based in one of our Mid North Coast offices (Kempsey or Port Macquarie) you’ll join a collaborative and values-driven team where your HR expertise will make a meaningful impact.
