Job summary

Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking a People Compliance Program Manager to join our People and Culture team in a fixed-term project role based in Bendigo.

The role will design and implement a major people compliance program across employee relations and payroll, coordinating governance, specialist advice, and multiple workstreams while leading the People Compliance team to deliver sustainable compliance and organisational improvement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex remediation, regulatory, assurance or enterprise-wide improvement programs.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting and delivery capability.
• Experience leading specialist teams and coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Ability to understand and synthesise complex legal, industrial, financial, workforce and technical information.
• Strong judgement and discretion when managing sensitive and confidential matters.
• Highly developed stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to CESL’s Catholic identity, values, mission and child-safe culture.

Responsibilities
