Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is centralising payroll across nearly 60 schools and early childhood services, implementing a modern ERP and payroll platform to deliver accurate, compliant, and scalable services. As Payroll Operations Lead, you will provide strategic and operational leadership reporting to the Chief People Officer.

Formación

• Significant payroll leadership in a large, multi-site organisation.
• Experience leading payroll transformation, centralisation or shared service initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation.
• Experience supporting payroll or ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, testing and readiness.
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
• Collaborative leadership aligned with the CESL Cultural Covenant.

• Influence the design and implementation of a new enterprise ERP and payroll platform.
• Build and lead a high-performing payroll team through a period of transformation.
