Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, including configuration, upgrades and backend administration (Aurion and/or ELMO highly regarded).
• Solid exposure to payroll processing and compliance, including STP, PAYG and WorkCover.
• Confidence working with data, systems and reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• High level of accuracy, with the ability to work independently and within clear frameworks.
