The Opportunity
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for People & Culture enquiries across the business. You will provide responsive support to leaders and employees, manage key HR administration processes, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure HR activities are delivered efficiently and professionally.
This role is ideal for someone with strong HR administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service, compliance, and process improvement.
