Pembroke School is seeking a proactive, highly organised and people‑centred People and Culture Administrator to join our dynamic People and Culture team. This pivotal role supports the smooth and efficient operation of the broader People and Culture function and will suit someone who enjoys managing detail, prioritising competing demands, and supporting daily people operations.

About the Role

Working at the heart of the School, you’ll support staff across their entire employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding through to professional learning and offboarding. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be relied upon for your organisation, attention to detail, and responsiveness, helping ensure day‑to‑day people processes run smoothly while supporting a positive, collaborative, and forward‑looking workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Provide high‑level administrative support across all People and Culture operations
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employment changes with precision, specifically for the School's casual workforce
  • Maintain accurate employee records, compliance data, and HR systems
  • Manage competing priorities and time‑sensitive tasks with confidence
