Job summary

Telstra Health is seeking a People Advisor to join our People Operations team. You will provide practical, hands-on advice across a broad range of people matters with a strong focus on end-to-end employee relations case management.

You will work with People Leaders to resolve matters fairly and in line with employment obligations, in a lean, fast-paced team environment that values ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Generalist or Employee Relations roles with hands-on case management.
• Owns cases from start to finish with sound judgement on assessment, action and escalation.
• Strong ability to build trust and influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee relations cases through to resolution.
• Provide practical, trusted advice to People Leaders.
• Influence leaders to achieve appropriate people outcomes and escalate when needed.
• Assess matters, identify risks, and document proceedings accurately.
• Partner with People Partners on complex cases and broader initiatives.
• Support lifecycle processes including performance and remuneration.
