Palm Lake Care is seeking a People Advisor based in Beachmere to work closely with our People Business Partner, solving real people problems from Award interpretation to day-to-day employee support.
You'll embed in the Beachmere community, support leaders and staff across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee relations, helping shape how our people experience their work every day.

Palm Lake Care is one of Queensland’s leading residential aged care providers, proudly operating across seven communities from Toowoomba to Bethania. We're growing our People & Culture team and looking for a People Advisor to be based in Beachmere, working closely with our People Business Partner to support the people who make our communities feel like home.
This isn't a back-office HR job. As our People Advisor, you'll be embedded in the Beachmere community, working shoulder-to-shoulder with leaders and staff to solve real people problems in real time from Award interpretation to day-to-day employee support. You'll play a genuine part in shaping how our people experience their work, every single day.
You'll support your People Business Partner across one of three specialist portfolios - Talent, Industrial Relations & Safety, or Performance & Engagement - giving you the chance to build deep expertise while staying connected to the operational heartbeat of aged care.
